Mud pump is an important part of the equipment used for oil well drilling. Mud pump liner (sometimes referred to as bi-metal liner or high chrome liner) is the main expendable part of mud pump fluid end, providing the operation in liner-piston-piston rod assembly. They are combined with outer shell and inner sleeve compactly.
We manufacture high chrome cylinder liners made by high grade materials. The outer shell is forged by high strength #45 steel; and inner sleeve is casted by high chromium cast iron(centrifugal casting), chromium content is 26%-28%.
Our drilling rig pump liners are exchangeable with OEM brand pumps and meet API-7K standards, such as F series, FB series, PZ series, P series, T series, TPK series, 3NB series, UNB series, UNBT series mud pumps.
