KD-grade sucker rod steel 3130 is a new type of sucker rod steel that takes into account both strength and corrosion resistance. According to the service conditions of the product and the requirements of the technical agreement, the chemical composition and production process of the steel are designed, and by controlling S, P, H and other impurity elements content, controlled rolling, and tested to determine a reasonable heat treatment process. Juneng Special Steel has successfully developed KD grade 3130 steel for sucker rods. The product structure is uniform, the grain size is above 5, and all kinds of inclusions ≤ 1.5 Grade, yield strength ≥795 MPa, tensile strength ≥865 MPa, elongation ≥15%, impact energy ≥60 J, and various performance indicators meet user requirements.
